In the Grumello subzone, at 510 meters above sea level in the Ponchiera hamlet, Davide Bettini tends a small 5 hectare estate planted entirely to Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) vines trained in the traditional Guyot system. Under the watchful care of Davide's father, who manages the vineyards using integrated agriculture with
